WATCH: New Jersey’s SZA teams up with Justin Timberlake

Maplewood, NJ native Solána Imani Rowe (aka SZA) has teamed up with Justin Timberlake on a brand new song called "The Other Side".  The song is the first single from the upcoming movie, Trolls World Tour.

Timberlake supplies the voice of "Branch" in the animated movie.  According to IMDB, other singers featured in the film include Kelly Clarkson, J Balvin, Gwen Stefani, and Mary J. Blige.

This isn't SZA's first contribution to a soundtrack.  In 2018, she joined Kendrick Lamar on "All the Stars" from the film Black Panther.  That song was nominated for an Oscar and several Grammy's and according to Billboard, reached #7 on their Hot 100 chart.

Meanwhile, Timberlake contributed the song "Can't Stop the Feeling!" to the original Trolls movie.  According to Wikipedia, that song reached Number 1 in several countries, including the United States.
