I was watching Dr. Oz today and he said that today we are in our 100th day of the coronavirus pandemic. Wow, I can't believe that. I also can't believe that we've been pretty much staying at home for a month. I think a lot of people are itching to get out of the house and do more things, which is good since Governor Murphy just announced he would open parks and golf courses this weekend. Being that the weather is getting warmer and we live in New Jersey, a lot of people are ready to hit the beaches, but many of them remain closed, but as of last weekend, you now will be able to get a taste of one Jersey Shore town.

Wildwood announced in the beginning of April that they would be closing their beaches and boardwalks until May 1st, and according to NJ.com, they have kept their word. Restaurants on the boardwalk opened up last weekend for takeout and delivery, and locals are thrilled. It seems that all plan to take protective measures wearing masks and gloves. This past weekend, the famous Sam's Pizza Palace had a huge line outside, but everyone was practicing social distancing. Only a few restaurants are open as of now, and more plan to open soon.
