Best Brunches with Booze in the Area

Looking to brunch with your friends this weekend? Brunching is very trendy these days, so I did a little research online, and Princeton Online has a great list of places to check out.

Brunch makes everyone happy...unlimited pancakes, bacon, omelettes, eggs, and drinks!  Who doesn't love a nice mimosa with brunch? How about a Bellini or Bloody Mary? There are plenty of places not too far away to indulge.

Here are a few:

Peacock Inn in Princeton - They serve brunch everyday. Maybe a great things to do on a day off or lunch break. They have an amazing menu that includes plenty of champagne cocktails.  It's in a beautiful mansion in town.

Brick House Tavern & Tap - Route 1 in West Windsor, next to On the Border. They serve brunch Saturday and Sunday until 2pm. They have a House Mimosa that I've heard is fabulous, Moscow Mules, and a lot more. Make sure you try their Grand Mariner French Toast, Chicken and Waffles, and Steak & Eggs.

PJ's Pancake House & Tavern in Ewing - They have a variety of omelets, including a chili omelet, breakfast quesadillas, pork roll sandwiches, and of course, amazing pancakes (the oreo and Nutella are my fav), but, they also have a plenty of brunch cocktails including a Pina Colada Mimosa. Yum.
