BREAKING: Friday Morning Accident Closes I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia & Bensalem, PA
If you're traveling on I-95 northbound this morning, you'll need to read this:
I-95 northbound is currently closed between Woodhaven Road (Exit 35) and Street Road (Exit 37) due to a serious motor vehicle accident. As of 7 am Friday, the roadway remains closed.
Traffic is stopped back to Cottman Avenue (Exit 30).
At this point, Route 1 is probably the best alternative, but we expect that will begin to back up quite a bit with the added traffic from the I-95 closure this morning.
