The Baked Bear brings scratch made cookies and ice cream to Princeton
Princeton just got a whole lot sweeter with the grand opening of The Baked Bear on Witherspoon Street.
This marks their sixth location in the Garden State, with a seventh on the way.
The chain is known for their unique treats like cookies, brownies, and ice cream, all made from scratch.

Customers can mix and match flavors of ice cream scoops, cookies, and toppings to make a custom ice cream sandwich just the way you want it.
For instance, there’s this one, packed with Lucky Charms and topped with a vanilla glaze:

The stoner’s dream: Kitchen Sink, consisting of pretzels, potato chips and chocolate chunks

Or Bear Tracks: Mini M&Ms, sprinkles and Oreos

Take a look at the Pistachio Walnut Chunk described as a “perfect blend of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside sprinkled with sea salt.”

Sweet!
The newest Baked Bear is located at 41 Witherspoon St. in Princeton, NJ.
They also have spots in Westfield, New Brunswick, Long Branch, Asbury Park, and a food truck that travels along the Jersey Shore.
They have another store opening soon at 730 Washington St. in Hoboken, NJ. A date has not yet been announced on their website.
