It's been almost a week since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers disposed of the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL Wild Card round of the playoffs.

While no firm decision has been made on the future of Nick Sirianni, reports have surfaced that the team plans to stick with him as their head coach.

If that is the case, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, one name to keep an eye on to be the team's offensive coordinator is Jim Bob Cooter, who has the same title in Indianapolis.

Sirianni met with Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie on Friday to present a plan on how to fix the team and his plan for the coaching staff moving forward.

Cooter was a consultant with the Eagles in 2021 and has worked with Doug Pederson in Jacksonville and Shane Steichen with the Colts. Before that, he was the offensive coordinator in Detroit from 2016-2019.

One thing to note is that current offensive coordinator Brian Johnson is a head coaching candidate for three teams, Carolina, Atlanta, and Tennessee, but has not been relieved of his duties in Philadelphia as of this writing.
