A local Girl Scout troop is hoping you'll buy some of their cookies to be donated to area hospitals...and they'll deliver them for you too.

Last night, while I was lying in bed scrolling through Facebook, I noticed a post of one of our PST listeners that said, "If you can't eat them, maybe you can treat them. Donate cookies to support your First Responders." I immediately reached out to her and asked how PST could help. PST listener and Troop Mom, Melissa, was on the air with us this morning, talking about the troops' First Responder Donation Project.

Troop 60771, comprised of twelve 3rd and 4th grade girls from Howell and Jackson, has sold enough cookies so far to fill 4 cases, that they delivered to nurses at Penn Medicine Princeton yesterday, and the girls have almost 4 more cases ready to be delivered to Centra State hospital in Freehold. But, they want to sell more. Please help them to thank our first responders.

Let's all buy cookies and thank the doctors, nurses, assistants, and staff that are helping so many people today and everyday.
