Happy Star Wars Day!  If you or someone you know is a Star Wars fan, there's an event happening this summer that you may be interested in.  On July 26 at The Mann, the Philadelphia Orchestra will perform "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back In Concert."

Last summer, The Mann hosted a similar event where the Philadelphia Orchestra performed the original "Star Wars" film.

I haven't seen a show like this at The Mann, but I did see the Philadelphia Orchestra perform "Home Alone" two years ago at Verizon Hall and it was a great experience.  (By the way, John Williams composed the scores for "Star Wars," "The Empire Strikes Back," and "Home Alone.")

Tickets for "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back In Concert" start at $25 and go up to $95.  There is an additional $5 fee for tickets purchased the day of the show.  Click here for more information.
