Meteor Spotted in Bucks County and NJ
It's a bummer we weren't able to see bu late Wednesday night, a meteor shot across the Northeastern United States. PhillyVoice.com reported that there were more than 350 people claiming to witness to the spectacle. Imagine being that lucky!
NJ.com also reported that a bright light was seen in the sky July 24, 2019 at about 11 p.m.
A man told NJ.com that he and his family saw the meteor in the sky while walking along with beach in Barnegat Light. The man explained that the light was green and illuminated the entire beach. We imagine this man and his family won’t forget that night anytime soon.
Philly Voice shared a video of the meteor that was taken by a house camera in Bristol, PA. The streak of light in the sky is pretty fascinating, and we imagine it’d be pretty terrifying as well.
On Twitter, the American Meteor Society said that more than 200 people reported seeing the meteor all across the northeast.
