Who doesn't love a good burger?

Around Jersey there are just so many great burger places to choose from, it can be a little ridiculous sometimes.

I mean in Toms River alone, you've got a ton of options.

Burger 25 does a mean hamburger, and I've even heard that the Miracle Pub off 37 has a solid burger as well.

Sometimes though, you just want a quick and easy fast-food hamburger.

We've all been there; it's late, and everywhere is closed and the fluorescent sign from a White Castle, Burger King, or Wendy's is calling your name.

Or maybe it's just been a day, and you need a quick burger and a soda pop as soon as possible.

I'm right there with you, every now and then you just need a fast-food hamburger and there's nothing wrong with that!

One of Jersey's most popular fast food chains, however, is making some serious changes to their hamburgers and between you and me, I'm here for it.

It's a chain that we've all been to, and some say is the best of the best when it comes to fast food.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan, however, with the changes this place is making to its burgers, that may change.

According to NJ.com, Mcdonald's is going to do things a little differently with their burgers in the near future.

Starting in 2024, the chain plans to add caramelized onions to its burgers, which is a step up from the raw diced onions they use currently.

McDonald's is also going to start using melted cheese on their burgers instead of room-temperature cheese.

Again, a seriously welcomed change!

And the last two changes you'll see at McDonald's in the near future are softer buns and more Big Mac sauce on their Big Macs.

I always say if you want a really good burger you just have to come over to my place when the grill is on and grab a beer, however, the new McDonald's burger is sounding good too.
