Target Competes With Amazon Prime Day

Many online shoppers have been waiting all year for Amazon Prime Day which will begin this afternoon. Amazon will offer it's prime members access to new exclusive products from home and kitchen, to electronics, toys and fashion. They will also be offering up to 60 percent off select items. The fun beings at 3 p.m.and will continue for the next 36 hours.

Not a prime member? Not to worry, Target has you covered. In competing with Amazon, Target is offering a, "One Day Sale," which launches on their website tomorrow, July 17th. Some of their included discounted items can be viewed on Target's website. Target will be providing 25 percent off appliances, 25 percent off beauty products, and 30 percent off home brands.

While I am all for a good sale, I'm a little dissapointed that both these deals are only offered online. Getting items shipped to you directly is great, but there is nothing like walking through each aisle of Target picking out merchandise you probably don't need.
