Friends of mine that don't celebrate Christmas have told me that Dec. 25 can be one of the longest days of the year.  Many of their friends are spending the day with family and most stores and many restaurants are closed, but that doesn't mean that there's nothing to do.  Here are a few ideas on ways to spend Christmas when you don't celebrate Christmas...

See a Movie - Most people know that movie theaters are open on Dec. 25, and the fact is, Christmas Day is a very popular day to see a movie.  For example, last year, "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" made almost $28 million on Christmas Day.

This year, new movies in theaters will include "Aquaman," "Mary Poppins," "Bumblebee," and "Mary Queen of Scots."
