Wine lovers, get ready for another Wine on the Waterfront, at Washington Crossing Historic Park, July 27th from 12noon - 4pm.

I've never been and I keep seeing my friends marking they're "interested" on Facebook, so I decided to check out the details. It sounds fun. Bring a blanket or a chair, and relax with river views.

There will be food, live music, and of course, wine. According to the park's website, there's more than double the number of wineries this year. You'll get to sip over 40 local, Pennsylvania wineries like, Buckingham Valley Vineyards, Chaddsford Winery, Sand Castle Winery, Bishop Estate Vineyard Winery, Grace Winery, Blue Mountain Vineyards & Cellars, Boyd's Cardinal Hollow Winery, Mount Nittany Vineyard & Winery, and more. If you like what you sip, bottles and cases will be available to buy.

Again, I've never been, but, apparantly, you won't have to worry about it being so crowded this year. They've lowered the number of available tickets so it's more enjoyable.

You can park near the visitor's center (1112 River Road, Washington Crossing, PA).
