Costco, Trader Joes, Shake Shack, T.J. Maxx and Home Goods are all making their way to what will be the shopping center of our dreams in Cherry Hill.

The former horse racetrack, which was initially supposed to be an area of housing, will be turned into a 600,000 square foot retail center, according to nj.com.

Wegmans, Best Buy, Home Depot and Bed, Bath and Beyond and a variety of restaurants are already open in this shopping center, nj.com reported.  They continued to mention that the mall is also less than two miles away, which includes the only Fatburger on the East Coast.

The Costco will include a gas station which is major plus as Costco is famous for their low price gas.

Construction may be underway soon, but there is no set date for an opening.

We can already tell our wallets are not prepared for this place.
