I've had dogs all my life as family pets. My husband and I recently became dog parents again back in July when we adopted a Shepard pup named Stella.

Being a dog parent there are so many things you have to do to make sure your dog lives a long and happy life. For example, you have to make sure the food you're feeding them is packed with healthy ingredients, you have to make sure you take your dog to the vet regularly and make sure they get groomed, so they always smell pretty. Being a pet parent is pretty much like being a real parent, which is why we got a puppy first to prepare us for being parents. It's working out pretty well so far, I do feel like we're ready to be parents. Which is good since our first child will be arriving in about two months.

So all these things to worry about and now according to The Patch, dog owners in Pennsylvania have to worry about a dog license scam. Scammers have set up a website called www.padoglicense.online and have been taking information and money from dog owners to license their dogs, but it's not legit at all.

If you do live in Pennsylvania and are looking for a dog license officials say that this is the only website to use. If you used this website, The Patch has instructions on who to contact.
