Driver Arrested After Driving on I-95 for Ten Minutes in PA With No Tires
A driver was arrested earlier this morning (Tuesday) after several motorists reported the vehicle was traveling down I-95 southbound with no tires in Pennsylvania.
Other cars on the roadway said the vehicle was pulling up concrete and debris, some of which struck other vehicles. The extent of the damage to other vehicles or the highway was not made immediately clear.
Pennsylvania State Police stopped the driver near mile marker 25 (Allegheny Avenue) in Philadelphia. The driver is being tested for a DUI, officials told WPVI-TV.
