Pennsylvania is no stranger to selling fireworks and having huge firework shows. Since there are new laws in place that went into last summer for the entire state, things may get a little bit trickier for Bucks County residents. So if you see an increase of police and medics, don’t worry they’re just on standby to make sure we are all safe this summer.  This new law implies that anyone can fire off a firework over the age of 18 as long as it is on a private property. However, you should check with your local municipality to make that you are indeed in the clear.

According to LevittownNow.com, the other set of rules include:

• They cant be fired off unless the property owner approves it

• They cant be discharged in or near a motor vehicle (but why would you do that anyway)

• They cant be fired off if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• They cant be used within 150 ft. of an occupied structure

But of course if you want to still fire them yourself we found a couple of cool places for you to purchase them.
