The American Dream Mall is officially open and offering something special this holiday season to celebrate their kick off.

Santa photos are a must for some families during the holiday season and sometimes they can end up costing you a pretty penny too.

Well, this year you're in luck because the brand new American Dream Mall is hooking you up.

Yes, you can actually take a photo with Santa for FREE this holiday season at the mall.

They're starting the free mall Santa photos today, Thursday December 5th through Christmas Eve (December 24th) and just a heads up ... free always equals long lines, so plan accordingly.

NJ.com says, "No appointments needed and you get a free 5x7 print and digital photo."

Although the photos are free nj.com says, "Donations are suggested and will benefit Make-A-Wish New Jersey."
