Krispy Kreme Celebrates National Doughnut Week With Free Donuts

National Doughnut Week is actually a thing now. You read that correctly, WEEK. It's interesting how doughnuts already have two national days and now they are getting a whole week. To make it even better you will be able to get free doughnuts very soon.

According to BusinessInsider.com, Krispy Kreme will be hooking everyone up with a free doughnut from June 1 to 5. If you want to get a doughnut from Krispy Kreme for free every single day that whole week you can but you can only get ONE a day. The best part is that no purchase is necessary to get the free doughnut.

Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme, told Business Insider that they love celebrating national doughnut day and since days are just getting mixed together they want to make people happy and smile. Skena also said, "We’re extending our beloved free doughnut tradition from one day to five days with the very first National Doughnut Week.”

Another thing that Business Insider made clear is that you can't try to be lazy and order the free doughnut with a delivery service, Krispy Kreme will not allow that.

In case you are wondering, "When is the actual doughnut day”, well one date is the first Friday of June. The other date is November 5.
