Local Runs You Can Be Part Of This Summer

There are a variety of different runs taking place in the area this month. Many of the runs support great causes and raise money for charity. There are runs for people who like to race competitively and just for fun.  These runs range from simple morning runs to night runs with upbeat atmospheres.

Night Nation Run - June 1st, 2019

This is a night run that features a music festival with live DJs and a concert at the end of the run. The official charity for this run is stand up to cancer. This run takes place is Philadelphia, PA.

Superhero & Fairytale 5k Race for a cause – June 2^nd, 2019

This run helps support special needs kids. Everyone participating in the run dresses up in superhero attire. This run takes place in Bridgewater, NJ.

Peddler’s Village Family Fit Fest: Run the village 5k! - June 29^th, 2019

This is a morning run that is great for the whole family. This run takes place in Lahaska, Bucks County, PA.

Woodland Park Garret Mountain mud run- July 14th, 2019

This is a mud run that includes up to 10 different obstacles throughout the race. This race takes place at 8 Mountain Ave., Woodland Park, NJ.

Philadelphia Color Craze Run- July 20^th, 2019

This is a 3K run where you start in white clothing and get paint thrown on you throughout the race. This is a non-competitive race that many people do just for fun.
