More Than Q BBQ Restaurant Opening in West Windsor

Popular Lambertville restaurant, More Than Q Barbeque Co., is expanding to West Windsor in the The Square at West Windsor on Route 1 North (where Lowe's is located).

Gretalia Hospitality Group, owners of the PJ's Pancake Houses and more hot spots in the area, told me they've partnered with the More Than Q owner, Matt Martin, and are so excited about this new location, with two more locations already in the works. I'll let you know as soon as I find out anything else.

I checked out the More Than Q website, and it's described "one of the East Coast’s top barbeque destinations, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and select cuts of meat, making our delicious Texas-style BBQ the perfect barbeque experience."

More Than Q may become a new lunch spot for us here at PST, since our studios are only about 10 minutes away. The new restaurant will be where Pei Wei Asian Kitchen was, in the middle of Chipotle and Ethan Allen, near Trader Joe’s.

It should be open by the end of the year, or early 2020.
