Mysterious “Welcome to Central Jersey” Sign Pops Up, Then Disappears Two Days Later
Anyone who lives in New Jersey knows that there is an ongoing debate on whether or not Central Jersey actually exists.
A lot of people on social media especially, believe that Jersey is simply comprised of north and south, and that’s it. So to the people who live in the Central Jersey area it could be a little... offensive.
There is even a Facebook group called "Central Jersey Exists."
Well someone took matters into their own hands and put up a "Welcome to Central Jersey" on Route 33 in Millstone, according to a report from News 12 New Jersey. t wasn't a make-shift, a spray-painted sign that someone randomly made and stuck to a pole. It was a real metal sign.
No one knows who put up the sign. According to News 12 New Jersey, the state's department of transportation said they don’t know. Then weirdly enough, two days later the sign disappeared.
What the heck is going on? Is there a secret Central Jersey club that is putting up mysterious signs?
