New Jersey just got the honor of being one of the best states to raise a family in according to Wallet Hub. On the official list, the Garden State was number eight, and it's nice to see that New Jersey is being recognized in this regard.

When it came time to rank each state they looked at the following factors: Family fun,  health & safety, education & child care, affordability and socio-economics. New Jersey got some other honorable mentions in some other categories as well:

- Second place for education & child care

- Third place for highest Median family salary

- Fourth place for lowest divorce rate

I'd personally like to add that NJ has great produce (can't beat Jersey tomatoes and corn), we're close to New York City and Philadelphia, and we have the Jersey shore.
