We are all so excited that some things are starting to open back up again. It is finally giving us more options of things to do on the weekends. According to PhilyMag.com, Parks on Tap is another option for anyone that wants to go out chill at the park and enjoy a few drinks. If you've never heard of Parks on Tap, they are known for going to different parks in the Philadelphia area and turning the parks into some laid back beer gardens.

We learned from PhillyMag.com that this year, since everyone is trying to practice social distancing and businesses have to follow many different safety guidelines, Parks on tap has decided to stay put at one location.  That location is going to be right outside of the Fairmount Park Horticultural Center.

It was also reported by PhillyMag.com that Parks on Tap did contemplate the idea of continuing the old ways of moving throughout the City of Brotherly Love but since there has to be crowd control as well as other safety guidelines that have to be followed the best bet was to stay in one spot.

Parks on Tap will have a space that can fit 1,000 people or perhaps a little more. However, for now, it will only allow up to 200 people.

If you happen to go to Parks on Tap at its new season’s location, Fairmount Park Horticultural Center, and you see lines on the ground just know that those are to help you practice social distancing between other customers.

According to PhillyMag.com, all Parks on Tap staff members will be wearing masks and customers are asked to wear their mask when they are not seated.
