The internet is divided over this viral video that starting circulating social media last week. A Philadelphia man robbed a pharmacy store claiming he has a sick child. The Philadelphia Police Department have just released surveillance camera footage of a a robbery that happened at a local Rite Aid back on January 3.

The unidentified man can be seen walking in the store and starts pretending to shop. Later he walks up to the front register with an item in his hand. What he does next is shocking. Instead of handing the cashier money to pay, he hands him a note that says  “Give me all the money. I’m sorry, I have a sick child. You have 15 seconds.”

The man reaches in his pocket as if to signal that he has a gun, leans over the counter and prompts the cashier to open up the cash register and take out all the money. He takes all the money in a plastic bag then leaves.

A lot of people on the internet feel sympathy for the man, and say this is a result of medicare not being available to everyone. Others feel as if this man is still in the wrong and question if his claims are even true or not. What do you think?
