Police Investigating Body Discovered on Busy Road in Bensalem

Authorities are reportedly investigating the discovery of a body in Bensalem, Bucks County earlier today. They say the 38-year-old man from Ogden was struck and killed by a car over night.

The man's body was discovered along Hulmeville Road (near the Borromeo School) early Monday morning (August 12). The body was discovered by a neighbor around 6:30 am, according to 6ABC. Earlier in the night neighbors tell 6 ABC that they heard a "thump" sound around 2:30 am.

Bensalem Police revealed this afternoon that they are looking for an alien green Kia Soul (between the years 2016 and 2019) for its possible involvement in the incident.

It's likely that the car has extensive damage its front right fender and headlight, officials say.

The investigation is ongoing.
