Shake Shack officials just announced their highly anticipated restaurant on Route 1 in Princeton (across from the Quaker Bridge Mall ) will officially open for business Monday, November 18 at 11 am.

Plus, Shake Shack representatives tell us that there will be some prizes for their first guests.

“The first 100 people in line (when the doors open at 11 am) will receive a custom NJ Shake Shack tote," the chain announced in a press release.

The location, by the way, will certainly have plenty of Princeton flair. They’ll be “spinning up a unique selection of frozen custard concretes in partnership with local purveyors,” we’re told.

While the mailing address for the business is actually in Lawrence Township, Shake Shack is calling the business their Princeton restaurant.

These specials include:

  • Blackout Cookie - Chocolate custard, marshmallow sauce, The Gingered Peach Bakery Blackout cookie
  • Spoon Feed - Vanilla custard, fudge sauce, The Bent Spoon salted caramel brownie, chocolate sprinkles
  • Pie Oh My - Vanilla custard blended with pieces of The Gingered Peach seasonal pie

(Don’t worry, they’ll have their classic shakes as well)

Plus, they’ll be giving back to the community. The Princeton restaurant will donate 5% of sales from the Pie Oh My to the Jillian Fund, a financial resource for families and children suffering life-threatening illnesses requiring critical care.

If you’re looking for a job, by the way, they are hiring, we're told.

Welcome to Mercer County, Shake Shack.
