I am a graduate of Rider University in Lawrenceville. I graduated in 2010 with a communications degree, so I am always so proud of the accomplishments of the communications department because they are all such hard working individuals! They got me to where I am today in my career! Their departments and majors have come such a long way in just a few short years and it has truly become such an amazing University.

More awesome news! Their radio station, The Bronc 107.7, just got nominated for a huge award! According to Rider University's website, The Bronc is competing against 4 other college radio stations for the title of best college radio station of the year! John Mozes is the general manager of The Bronc and actually a former employee at 94.5 PST!  he says it's an honor for Rider University students to be nominated for this award. This isn't the first time The Bronc has been nominated for the National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Radio Award. They won this award in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Congratulations to my Alma Mater's radio station! I hope they bring home that Marconi award! We have to wait until September 26th to find out if The Bronc wins the award. They'll be attending a dinner in Texas where the winner will be announced.
