Princeton SantaCon is happening again this year. Save the date. It's happening Saturday, December 7th, starting at 3:30pm, throughout the downtown area, according to the Facebook event. This will be its 6th year.

So, what exactly is Princeton SantaCon? You know how people dress like superheroes and go to ComiCon? Well, for this, you dress up like Santa and bar hop. Easy, right? But, if you're not into being the big guy from the North Pole, you can dress up like Mrs. Claus, one of the reindeer (You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen...I'm singing over here), or an elf.

I had no idea this kind of fun went on in Princeton. Lol. This will certainly get you in the holiday spirit. Who doesn't love Santa?  To see a bunch of Santas running around Princeton must be a sight to see. Be on the lookout.

They've added a 4th stop this year, so, here's the schedule, according to the Facebook event:
3:30 pm Triumph Brewing
4:30 pm Alchemist & Barrister
5:40 pm Group Photo Stop: Palmer Square Christmas Tree
6:00 pm Yankee Doodle Tap Room
7:00 pm Ivy Inn

It's a free event, but, they're asking you donate a little money to help fund the Children's Holiday Gift Drive, sponsored by Rise. Just look for the collection box on the 7th. Oh, and they'd like you to RSVP, so they can let all the bars know how many people to expect.

It's almost time to eat, drink, and be merry.
