Niche has named Princeton Junction the number one place to live in New Jersey.

This is pretty exciting news. I like to think the area was giving this title because 94.5 PST is located right down the street (insert smirk face emoji) but there's actually a ton of other perks in the Princeton Junction neighborhood.

Here is why Niche crowned the area the best place to live in the Garden State. "Living in Princeton Junction offers residents a suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Princeton Junction there are a lot of parks. Many families live in Princeton Junction and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools in Princeton Junction are highly rated."

Niche also does this amazing this called the 'report card' where they grade each town/city and apparently Princeton Junction has an average of an A+.

Here is a small break down ...

  1. Public Schools A+
  2. Crime & Safety NG (no grade, I'm assuming)
  3. Housing A
  4. Nightlife B-
  5. Good for Families A+
  6. Diversity B+
