If you have a sweet tooth, you're going to love this news. A new candy shop just opened in Bordentown City, according to the Burlington County Times.

It's called The Candy Jar by 1892, and it's on bustling Farnswoth Avenue. Jose Alban opened the store a few weeks ago, on January 31st, after falling in love with Bordentown during the well attended annual Cranberry Festival back in October.

Alban was a vendor at Cranberry Fest, and a very popular one at that. After selling lots and lots of chocolate and other candies, he knew he wanted to open a store on the quaint street.

All ages will love a visit to this cute shop. The article says he stocks chocolates, pretzels, and classic candies, you know the ones that will have you, your parents, or grandparents saying, "Omg, this was my favorite when I was a kid."  Alban's grand opening weekend was a huge success. He told the Burlington County Times, “Friday and Saturday it was packed and never stopped."

I have friends who stopped by and said it smelled amazing. I can't wait to check it out.

But, this isn't Alban's first shop. His first location is in another quaint town in the area: Collingswood. I love that downtown area. It's on Haddon Avenue.

With Easter coming soon, this would be a great place to visit for all your candy needs.

Check out their website and follow them on Facebook.
