Yard House Restaurant in Willow Grove Mall to Open December 2

A popular restaurant and bar will open their second location in the state of Pennsylvania in a few weeks. The Yard House restaurant is expected to open at the Willow Grove Mall in Abington on December 2, according to a listing on their website.

Yard House offers a variety of bar foods and fusion dishes. Additionally, there's a major focus on craft beer as each location has more than 100 beers on tap.

The popular chain also operates a restaurant in the King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County. The Willow Grove location will be the chain’s 80th restaurant. Locally Yard House also operates a restaurant in the Moorestown Mall in New Jersey.

The new eatery will host a hiring event on Tuesday, November 26 and Wednesday, November 27, according to a Facebook event listing. Applications for all available positions are being accepted online, and the Facebook event mentions that open interviews run from 10:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

Yard House was purchased by Darden Restaurants in 2012 for a deal totaling $585 million. Darden also operates popular restaurants including Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, LongHorn Steakhouse and more.
