America’s Favorite Halloween Candy Is …

The results are in and this survey reveals American favorite Halloween candy.

Monmouth University has collected data to find out the country's favorite Halloween candy and the result seems pretty legit.

And the winner is ... Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!

I totally agree with this.

According to nj.com, "The study surveyed 1,161 adults, and 36% said the peanut butter and chocolate combo make up their favorite candy."

The runner up isn't really that surprising either.

Nj.com also reported, "Snickers came in second with 18% and M&Ms rounded out the top three with 11%."

Of course all the classic chocolate candy took over the popular vote.

But what about our fruity favorites?!

Well apparently Skittles and Starburst (along with Hersey's and Tootsie Pops) are in fact top voted candy favorites in America but unfortunately they only received 6% or less of the vote says nj.com.
