Atlantic City & Philadelphia Hotels are Banning Plastic Straws
In an effort to eliminate the plastic that is polluting our oceans, hotels in Atlantic City and Philadelphia are #goingstrawless next year.
The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City and Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast in Philly announced on their Twitter earlier this week that going strawless is just one of the many things the hotel chain plans on doing to be more environmentally friendly by the year 2020.
If you've never seen videos of the plastic that ends up in our oceans, it will disgust you! The plastic also ends up killing ocean marine life. Going strawless is definitely the way to go!
