Lots of places around New Jersey are slowly but surely starting to reopen. Governor Phil Murphy has opened up the beaches, stores for curbside pick, and even allowed for cookouts to take place on Memorial day weekend. However, we are all still anxiously waiting for the green light to be able to dine in at our favorite restaurant. Until then, take out and delivery is all we are able to get due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Well one of the Garden State's most popular chef's have just opened up a Jersey Shore meat and seafood pop up shop.

Dvaid Burke is known all around the country for his skill in cooking. He has restaurants all over the nation including The Drifthouse in Sea Bright.  This past week Burke announced that he will be opening up a pop up called David Burke Provisions. According to NJ.com, it will be housed at Monmouth County location and will be a chance for us to get steak, fish, lobster and more via curbside pickup to cook at home.

“While families are sheltering at home and cooking more than ever, they want the highest-quality meats and seafood,” Burke said in a press release. “Many grocery stores have limited meat and seafood selections, so we are partnering with our top meat and seafood providers to create a premium offering only found in our David Burke restaurants.”

Some of the food packages you can purchase range from lamb burgers and lobster tails to dry aged prime tomahawk ribeye. “These steaks, burgers and seafood are perfect for grilling as the weather warms, and the bacon and sausage will turn any breakfast into a gourmet brunch,” Burke said. “And, each package comes with our signature steak sauce. Now, families can turn regular mealtime into a fine dining experience.”

Burke plans to open up many more of these pop up shops in the coming weeks.
