"Chopped" Champion Creates New Menu In Jersey City

Food Network's recent "Chopped" champion and executive chef Franco Robazetti has added a new menu for the summer at Surf City located in Jersey City.

This restaurant incorporates a surf and turf theme for the menu. Some of the new items includes a 2-pound whole lobster, fried oysters with fries, a halibut over paella rice, and a shrimp platter.

Some of the popular item the Impossible Burger; a plant-based burger that has the same taste and texture as a regular burger, fried oysters with french fries, and the extremely popular hand made guacamole bar.

I know I will be hitting up Surf City for this amazing menu and beach aesthetics!
