Due to popularity, Christmas Village is returning to Philadelphia for it's 12th year.

By the way, when I say popular ... I mean it. Last year there was a record breaking 800,000 visitors according to phillyvoice.com.

So what Christmas Village basically is, is an outdoor market where families come to hang out and enjoy holiday festivities and buy Christmas merchandise like ornaments, jewelry and children's toys.

Of course there's food for purchase to get you in the warm holiday spirit like "traditional European foods, like waffles, gingerbread, bratwurst and raclette." says phillyvoice.com.

Yummy.
