Club Pilates Princeton Opening Thursday in MarketFair

A new Club Pilates studio will be opening this Thursday in Princeton MarketFair, according to The Patch.

A couple from Flemington, Karen and Todd Spidare, are the owners of this location, which is right in the middle of Starbucks and LensCrafters.  You can check out the mall map here.

I've never heard of Club Pilates, so I checked out their website and found out it's a franchise that started out in San Diego back in 2007. It's now expanded across the country, and by the end of this year, there will be more than than 650 locations. Locally, there are other studios in Newtown, North Brunswick, Bridgewater and Flemington, the later two are also run by the Spidares.

Club Pilates is described as a "path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence." It's family friendly, every class is different so you won't get bored with your workout, and don't worry, you don't have to already be in shape...you can start anytime. It's open to all fitness levels. Phew. Lol.

Their official Grand Opening will be in January. But, they're having a soft opening this Thursday - Sunday (December 12-15), according to their Facebook. There will be free classes all weekend...sign up for one here.
