We did a little digging to come up with a list of things you probably don't know about New Jersey. There are some of the things we already know, like tomatoes, the light bulb, and the taxes.

We are the diner capital of the world. We are the mall capital of the world, and we are the pork roll capital of the world. And we're proud of every single one of those. But what about the stuff you might not know.
