East Windsor’s Fourth of July Celebration Postponed

The impending inclement weather has forced East Windsor officials to postpone their Fourth of July celebration, which was scheduled for tonight.

The event, which was scheduled to get underway around 6 pm this evening, will now take place on July 13. The forecast for this evening calls for thunderstorms at any point, of course.

The event at Etra Lake Park will kick off at 6 pm with Jerry Rife's Rhythm Kings, Dixieland Jazz Band, and the Trenton Bass Quintet Plus One Band performing.

The fireworks will go off around 9:30 pm next Saturday night (July 13), officials say.
