Here’s How Much Snow Fell in Central Jersey & Eastern Pa. Today
Our quick-hitting overnight snowstorm dumped as much as 6" of snow across the area, before the sunshine emerged Friday afternoon.
The snow, which began falling around midnight, tapered off by of 9 am on Friday for the most part. Though it was quick-hitting, most of our area picked up at least 3 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service.
The totals appear to align nicely with the forecast that our Chief Meteorologist Dan Zarrow had been warning us about all week.
The highest reported totals in our area that we saw were in West Freehold, NJ (with 7.6" of snow) and Williamstown, NJ (with 6.5" of snow).
