Grocery delivery service, Instacart, is adding a new feature, amid Coronavirus concerns, and to add to its convenience, according to Business Insider.

The new feature is called "Leave at My Door." As it suggests, this allows for the Instacart shoppers to leave your groceries on your porch or by your door, limiting human contact, or if you're simply not home and need your groceries.

Instacart says their popularity has soared since the Cornonavirus outbreak. What does everyone want delivered to them the most these days? You guessed it...the article says hand sanitizer, face masks, canned food, vitamins, and powdered milk are among the most requested items.

I've definitely seen an increase in Instacart shoppers at Wegmans recently. Sometimes I feel like it's just me and them early on Sunday morning, before the weekend crowd starts. Lol.

The company said in a statement, "Up until now, the feature had been limited in availability to a subset of customers as part of a beta test intended to create a more convenient option for customers not home at the time of delivery. Based on the increased demand for this new product feature, today we've made it available to all Instacart customers — bringing even more flexibility and optionality to their grocery delivery experience."
