Last year, Maplewood, NJ native SZA was the most nominated woman at the Grammy's.  Her nominations included Best New Artist, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song and Best Rap/Sung Performance.  Unfortunately, she lost out in each of those categories.

In an interview with GQ, SZA told the magazine that she "felt like sh&t" when she didn't win, but that in many ways, she felt "felt like I had all this weight off my shoulders."

Now, a year later, SZA is part of a song that has been nominated for 4 Grammy's.  Her collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, All The Stars (from, the movie "Black Panther), is up for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap/Sung Performance, and Best Song Written for Visual Media.  In addition to being a performer on the song, SZA was also a co-writer.

In addition to the Grammy noms, All The Stars is also nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song, although Shallow" by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper is a heavy favorite to win that award.
