Local Bucks County Theatre Will Show ‘Downtown Abbey’ Film

A new film based on the hit TV series "Downton Abbey" has recently been released.

During this weekend only, the Newtown Theatre will show the movie.

The movie was released in theaters back in September, but it will be shown in this special theatre setting for a couple of days.

That's pretty cool that it will be shown at a theatre, typically where plays are performed, instead of a movie theater!

It definitely sounds like it'll set the scene, since Downton Abbey has a lot of old-time vibes.

The movie will be shown on Friday 10/11 at 7:30pm, Saturday 10/12 at 7:30pm, and Sunday the 13th at 4pm and 7:30pm.

If you're a Downton Abbey fan, this will be the perfect weekend activity for you.

And the prices for tickets aren't bad, either.

Patch.com says tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students and senior citizens, $7 for children 12 and under, and just $5 for Newtown Theatre Members.
