Memorial Day Weekend is here...and that means it's time to take a road trip to the shore.  But gas is expensive.  And so is parking (if you're lucky enough to find a spot that's relatively near the beach).

Well, here comes ride-sharing service Lyft to the rescue.  According to the Courier-Post, Lyft is offering special fixed rates for users traveling from Philadelphia, Newark, Hoboken, and Jersey City to select destinations on the Jersey Shore.

To be honest, the rates don't seem super-cheap to me, but we pay for convenience, so it'll be up to you to decide if it is worth it.

Anyone in Philadelphia can use the code BEACHPASSPHI and pay $110 for a ride to Cape May, Brigantine, Wildwood, Avalon, Sea Isle, Ventnor and Atlantic City.  Users can get the same rate for their return trip to Philly.

Meanwhile, anyone in Newark (NJ), Hoboken or Jersey City can use the code BEACHPASSNJ and pay $80 each way to Monmouth and Ocean County beaches.

Lyft does state that there are certain restrictions for both offers, including being valid Friday 12 PM - Sunday 11:59 PM. The site also says, "Limited quantities available."
