Massive Three-Day Country Music Festival Planned in Wildwood for Summer 2020

A massive three-day music festival will be coming to Wildwood this upcoming summer. The announcement was made earlier today (December 18) for the inaugural Barefoot Country Music Fest (BCMF).

Officials say the festival, which will host over 30 of country music's biggest stars and up-and-comers, will run from Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21 on the beach at Lincoln Avenue.

The family-friendly festival will reportedly include multiple stages spread across a 27-acre playground. With the Atlantic Ocean as its backdrop, officials expect the festival to be the Northeast's largest outdoor country music festival.

As for who will be performing at this year's festival, we'll have to wait until the new year to find out. The artist lineup will be unveiled on Tuesday, January 7 at 11 am. The first ticket sales (early bird tickets) will be made available on Friday, January 10 at 8 am.

BCMF will be produced by Southern Entertainment.

“The Barefoot Country Music Fest will be one of the most exciting events ever held in the Wildwoods, bringing thousands of new visitors to the Wildwoods at the very start of the summer tourism season," John Siciliano, Executive Director/CFO of the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Authority said in a statement issued Wednesday morning.

The Wildwood beaches are no strangers to hosting massive concerts. Country stars like Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney have both previously performed in the bustling shore town in recent years.
