The very popular BBQ chain, MIssion BBQ, will open a new location in Marlton later this summer, according to published reports.

The new location will open on Route 73, and according to reporting from the Courier Post, it will share a parking lot with the Bertucci's restaurant (located in between Route 70 and Greentree Road in Marlton).

The chain eatery features a traditional BBQ menu, with entrees like brisket and pulled pork, and they offer sides like mac-n-cheese, according to their website.

The Marlton store will be their second New Jersey location. They currently operate a store in Deptford.

Additionally, several of their 80+ locations are in the Philadelphia suburbs. They also operate eateries in King of Prussia, PA; Plymouth Meeting, PA; Warminster, PA; Philadelphia (on Roosevelt Blvd).

Since opening on the 10th anniversary of September 11 (September 11, 2011), Mission BBQ has a history of giving back to organizations like the USO and local police officers and firefighters.

In fact, in the week leading up to the opening of every store, MISSION BBQ hosts charity daily charity events. In the week leading up to the recent opening of their Fredericksburg, VA store, the eatery donated more than $10,000 to local charities that support the community.

The August 19th opening date for the Marlton's restaurant is pending all permit and approvals, the Courier Post reports
