According to planetprinceton.com, a hotel developer has purchased the building at 20 Nassau Street in Princeton. That's the building that houses, among other offices and businesses, Jammin' Crepes, Milk & Cookies, and The Red Onion.
Planetprinceton.com says that 20 Nassau was sold for $32 million to a company called GPNJ Owner LLC. GPNJ owns a group of hotels called Graduate Hotels.
The Graduate Hotels website says it is "a well-curated, well-crafted collection of hotels that reside in the most dynamic university towns across the country." The chain has 25 locations listed, including Ann Arbor, MI, Berkeley, CA, State College, PA, and Columbus, OH.
