Nothing makes me happier than when people demonstrate kindness! Even when I see someone hold the door for someone else, it makes me smile. I think a lot of people can agree that we all need a little more kindness in this world! So when i come across the younger generation fighting to make our world a better place, it makes me very hopeful for the future. Mateo Hollain is one of those teenagers that needs to be recognized!

According to NJ.com, Mateo Hollain, a sophomore at Hunterdon Central Regional High School wanted to make an official 'Pay it Forward' day, and he brought it state legislatures and it just got passed so April 28th will officially be 'Pay it Forward Day' in New Jersey. This is not the first time Mateo has tried to make the world a better place. He has actually been volunteering since he was 11 years old. He even has his own website, called Live For A Cause where he explains his mission to make the world a better place. Way to go Mateo! I see nothing but good things coming for this young man!
