New Starbucks Drive Thru Opening Soon in West Windsor, NJ

Hey Starbucks fans, I've got some good news for you. There's a new drive thru location opening on Route 1 North in West Windsor.

I drive on Route 1 North through West Windsor almost daily heading to my dad's house. Today, for the first time, I noticed this "Coming Soon" sign. This is the Square at West Windsor shopping center, where Lowe's and Trader Joes is.

Whoa. I enjoy a Frappuccino from time to time. Curious as to where exactly it would be in the shopping center, I pulled in and took a look around. Finally, I noticed it was going to be in the back left corner, where Pier One Imports used to be.

I'm not sure of all the details, but, I'm assuming it's not going to take up all the space that Pier One Imports did. Hopefully, there will be some inside space to meet friends or get some work done.

At a quick glance, work was underway. The area next to the building is fenced off, so a little hard to tell, but, it looked like workers were starting to create the drive thru window.

Another new Starbucks with a drive thru just opened a little farther south on Route 1 in the Lawrence Shopping Center, and on Sloan Avenue in Hamilton in recent months.

That's a busy area with many commuters headed to the Princeton Junction train station, so, I'm sure it's going to be busy...especially in the morning.

As soon as I find out when this new location is going to open, I'll pass along the information.
